Meet Alex Conrad, Jr., the Facilities Manager at Oasis Farm Brewery and Winery.

He is the custodian of seamless operations and the architect of efficiency at Oasis Farm Brewery and Winery. Alex's journey in facilities management started as a second-generation employee at Diamond’s Management Group, Inc. the family construction business where he was first employed at the age of 16 years. Oasis Farm Brewery and Winery upkeep is extremely important to him as he was fortunate enough to work on the barn’s restoration daily from the beginning to the end of the project. It was throughout this process that he began honing his skills and ensuring that the facility was not only functional but aesthetically pleasing as well.

Recognizing his exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, Oasis Farm Brewery and Winery quickly entrusted him with greater responsibilities, leading to his pivotal role as Facilities Manager. Elevating to his current position, Alex has forged a strategic vision for facility operations at Oasis Farm Brewery and Winery. He has implemented streamline processes that optimizes efficiency and upholds the high standards expected from Oasis Farm Brewery and Winery.

At the heart of Alex’s role is a commitment to maintenance excellence.
