Do you allow outside beverages?
Bull Run Wines must be purchased for your guest (no other brands of wine are permitted onsite). There is a one case (12 bottle) minimum purchase per 25 guests. The cases can be mixed depending on which wines you select for your event. Beer and liquor are permitted with the appropriate ABC license (most caterers will provide this for your event) terms apply.
Do you have an onsite caterer?
We do not have an onsite caterer, however we do have a serving kitchen and a preferred vendor list that includes various caterers for you to choose from. If you opt to bring in your own full-service caterer, there are terms and conditions that apply and you must gain approval from the venue manager.
What is your guest capacity?
We can seat up to 200 people. Our venue allows for multiple indoor/outdoor ceremony and reception seating options.
Do you require a day of coordinator?
Yes all events require a day of coordinator. We have a day of coordinator on staff (add on service) or you can hire your own licensed day of coordinator.
How long is the rental period?
The rental period is for 10 hours, so you can choose when your event begins. The event must end by 11:00pm.
What is your hourly rate?
Our hourly rate is $495 with a minimum booking of two hours and maximum of three hours. We will dedicate one hour for setup and one hour for breakdown. The hourly rate is available Monday thru Saturday between the hours of 11am and 2pm. There is a 50 guest maximum. If your group is larger than 50, contact the venue manager for pricing.
Can my pet be apart of my wedding day?
They sure can! Upon the venue manger’s approval we invite pets to be a part of your ceremony, but unfortunately they can not attend the reception. Service animals are welcome.
Do you have parking?
We have ample parking, handicap accessible parking, and parking that can accommodate two large transportation vehicles.
What happens if it rains?
No worries! We have space indoors to accommodate your event.
Is the venue wheel chair accessible?
Yes we are! We have a Lift access.
